8. Inspection of Merchandise
Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise immediately upon receipt and before printing, embroidery, heat transfer, decoration, washing, alteration or resale.
Any shortages, defects or discrepancies must be reported within the time limits described in our Shipping, Returns & Claims Policy.
Any merchandise that has been decorated, altered, washed, processed or resold shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
No claims will be accepted once products have been processed.
9. Product Suitability
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application.
Although Varexan may provide recommendations regarding printing, embroidery or decoration methods, these recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty.
Customers should always perform appropriate testing before beginning production.
